Adopting the internationally mainstream three-layer coalescing separation technology, it achieves a maximum oil-gas separation efficiency of 99.9%, and can strictly control the oil content (residual oil rate) in exhaust gas within 1 ~ 3 PPM. It effectively prevents jamming or damage of downstream pneumatic tools and impactors caused by oil contamination adhesion.

• Imported high-density glass fiber filter material:

The main filter layer adopts industry-benchmark Borosilicate Microglass [P525769]. This material delivers excellent interception and coalescing performance for fine oil mist particles ranging from 0.1 to 1 micron, and features outstanding chemical corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance (up to 120°C).

• All-metal frame with high compressive strength:

The high-strength thickened perforated mesh frame with anti-corrosion surface treatment can withstand frequent pressure fluctuations. Its initial pressure drop is only 0.17 ~ 0.22 bar, which effectively reduces the energy consumption of the air compressor while ensuring high-flow output.

• Safe anti-static design:

Static electricity is easily generated when the oil-gas mixture passes through the filter element at high speed. This product is equipped with embedded metal conductive grounding strips at the flange gaskets and passes strict conductivity tests before delivery, eliminating the risk of oil-gas tank explosion triggered by static sparks at the source.
