As the core air purification barrier inside the air compressor unit, it can efficiently condense and separate lubricating oil mist in compressed air, ensuring the discharge of high-purity, low-oil-content clean industrial compressed air. Meanwhile, it achieves efficient recovery of lubricating oil and greatly reduces lubricating oil consumption.

• Excellent Air Outlet Quality: It features an industry-leading filtration accuracy of 3 micrometers (μm). The separation efficiency for ultra-fine oil mist and oil droplets ranging from 0.1μm to 1μm reaches up to 99.9%. It strictly limits the residual oil content at the compressed air outlet to 2 - 3 PPM, effectively protecting downstream air-consuming equipment and pipelines.

• Imported Ultra-fine Fiberglass Filter Media: Multi-layer borosilicate microglass imported from the United States or Germany is adopted. This material boasts high temperature resistance, high porosity and extremely low initial resistance. When oil mist flows through the filter element, it can quickly coalesce into large oil droplets and drain back to the bottom of the oil-gas tank.

• Comprehensive Anti-static Safety Protection: The filter element undergoes rigorous electrical ground tests before leaving the factory. Anti-static conductive pins come as standard on end caps and metal meshes, which can rapidly dissipate internal static electricity generated by high-pressure and high-speed gas flow, completely eliminating the risk of air compressor unit combustion and explosion caused by static sparks.

• Collapse-resistant Mechanical Structure: Both the internal support frame and outer protective mesh are made of high-strength, corrosion-resistant perforated steel plates with advanced roll forming and welding processes. Even under extreme harsh working conditions such as cold start, heavy-load startup or high pressure differential of the air compressor, the filter element can maintain its mechanical shape without deformation or collapse (Preventing Collapse).
