Core Technical Advantages

• Ultra-low residual oil content in exhaust gas: The residual oil concentration of compressed air at the filter outlet is strictly controlled at ≤ 1 ~ 3 ppm (i.e., ≤ 1~3 mg/m³). The oil-gas separation efficiency reaches over 99.99%, enabling direct connection to high-precision fine filters at the downstream.

• Low energy consumption and low initial pressure difference: At the rated flow rate, the initial pressure difference is ≤ 0.2 bar (approx. 20 kPa). The structural design with high air permeability can significantly reduce the exhaust resistance of the air compressor main unit, thereby cutting the power consumption of the whole machine during operation.

• Long service life: Imported original glassfiber composite material resistant to high temperature and oil corrosion is adopted. Under standard working conditions and with timely maintenance of the oil filter/air filter, the designed service life can reach 4000 to 6000 hours.

• Explosion-proof safety design: Equipped with high-quality oil-resistant gaskets (With Gasket) from the factory, and built-in metal conductive sheets/conductive pins that can quickly discharge static electricity generated by air flow friction, completely eliminating the risk of fire or explosion inside the air compressor caused by static sparks.
