It is installed inside the oil-gas separation tank of the air compressor. Its core function is to thoroughly separate micron-sized suspended oil mist accumulated in compressed air from gas. A high-quality oil separator core can not only supply clean, oil-free compressed air to your downstream air-using equipment, but also recover circulating lubricating oil to the maximum extent and greatly reduce the daily operating loss of the unit.

• Original-equipment-grade filter media (HV/Lydall glass fiber): The filter element adopts a composite structure of multiple layers of ultra-fine glass fiber. Featuring high porosity and extremely low flow resistance, this structure captures tiny oil droplets passing through via coalescence, stably controlling the oil content at the exhaust outlet at ≤3 ppm.
• Excellent energy-saving performance (low initial pressure drop): The optimally designed screen density keeps the initial saturated pressure drop of the filter element at ≤0.02 MPa. Lower resistance means the air compressor does not need to consume extra electric power to overcome exhaust resistance during operation, helping you cut electricity costs significantly.
• High-strength pressure-resistant structure: The frame is made of thickened high-strength punched cold-rolled steel plate or stainless steel with advanced lock-seam and spot welding processes. The filter element can withstand high working pressure and instantaneous pressure difference without breakdown or collapse to ensure system safety.
• Rigorous anti-static safety design: It comes standard with high-quality high-temperature-resistant gaskets and built-in highly conductive static elimination pieces (metal grounding pins). This design promptly conducts static electricity generated by high-speed friction of oil mist to the grounded tank body, completely eliminating risks of fire or explosion inside the oil-gas tank caused by static sparks.

Prevent contamination from falling in: After removing the oil-gas barrel cover, no foreign objects (such as screws, gaskets, or scraps of cleaning rags) are allowed to fall into the barrel.

Differential Pressure Monitoring: The initial saturated pressure drop is generally 0.02 MPa. When the oil separator differential pressure shown on the control panel reaches 0.08–0.1 MPa, it indicates severe clogging. The unit must be shut down immediately for replacement. Do not keep the unit running to cut costs; otherwise, power consumption will surge, and there will be risks of filter element breakdown and main unit overload. • Discharge Temperature: Maintain the unit discharge temperature within the ideal range of 80°C–95°C. Long-term operation at temperatures above 100°C will accelerate oxidation and coking of lubricating oil, causing premature clogging of the oil separator core, and the filter medium tends to degrade under prolonged high temperatures.
