Its core function is to efficiently separate and recover the lubricating oil from compressed air before discharge, so as to reduce the oil content in compressed air and ensure the efficient operation of the system.
Material and Process Characteristics
1. Imported Composite Filter Media: Multi-layer glass fiber aggregate material is adopted, enabling tiny oil droplets to quickly coalesce into large oil droplets when passing through the filter screen and settle down to the bottom for recovery by gravity.
2. Conductive Static Discharge: The filter element is equipped with metal conductive sheets or static discharge devices. Static electricity is easily generated by friction when the air compressor runs at high speed. Reliable static conduction can completely eliminate the risk of internal system deflagration caused by static sparks.
3. Corrosion-resistant End Caps and Frame: All steel components are treated with surface chemical electroplating or anti-oxidation coating to prevent internal corrosion of the filter element by acidic oil mist.
