SS -gesinterde filters zijn ontworpen om deeltjesverwijdering van hoge kwaliteit in processtoom samen met hoge stroomsnelheid en vuilhouwcapaciteit te bieden, waardoor een lange levensduur van het systeem en kosteneffectieve werking mogelijk is. Sinters gesinterde filters worden gemaakt van fijn SS -poeder wordt gesinterd om filters in cilindrische vorm te vormen.
SS -filters worden gebruikt voor lucht (STEA / GAS) en vloeibare filtratie, ze hebben een zeer fijne micron en zijn geschikt voor een reeks werkzaamheden.
In Steam / Gas Service wordt 100% van de deeltjes groter dan de gekozen poriegrootte door het element behouden. Merk op dat het 1 micron -element een efficiëntie heeft van 99,7% op basis van 0,2 microndeeltjes.
Het selecteren van een poriegrootte die kleiner is dan vereist zal resulteren in een verminderde levensduur van de services en een hogere drukval. SS gesinterde elementen kunnen worden gereinigd door onderdompeling in verdunde zoutzuur, ultrasoon bad, schoon water of lucht, afhankelijk van het type verontreiniging. Zodra de drukval over het filter (zelfs na het reinigen) echter 0,7 bar bereikt, moet het element worden vervangen.
Opmerking: we raden ten zeerste aan dat een reservefilterelementset op voorraad wordt gedragen.
