Het gas is volledig gemengd gelijkmatig tussen de gefluïdiseerde plaat en de verpulverde kolen op het bed om een gefluïdiseerde vaste gastank te vormen om te voorkomen dat de verpulverde steenkool kokken, vormt en buigt. Handig voor transport op lange afstand.
De gefluïdiseerde plaat is gemaakt van hoge technologie en hoogwaardige roestvrijstalen gesinterde draadgaas. De kenmerken ervan zijn hoge temperatuurweerstand, corrosieweerstand, hoge mechanische sterkte, hoge stijfheid, lange levensduur, hoge porie precisie, uniforme luchtstroomverdeling en klein weerstandsverlies.
De apparatuur heeft een goed fluïdisatie -effect en stabiele prestaties. Het is de belangrijkste apparatuur voor dicht fasetransport.
